In the NFC, the top seeded New Orleans Saints easily dispatched of the Arizona Cardinals this past Saturday 45 to 14 as 7 point favorites against the spread. The Minnesota Vikings easily dispatched of the Dallas Cowboys this past Sunday 34 to 3 as 2 ½ point home favorites.

Back in 2005 the Jets hoofed the Chargers playoff hopes in the groin by toppling them 20-17 in the wild card round of the playoffs. For a team that usually finds itself in the post season, the Chargers haven’t found success that often and that is a trend that I see continuing when they face the Jets on Sunday.
